Joshua Tree National park Packing Guide

The best time to visit joshua Tree is during the winter when the weather is more mild. During the Summer, it can go over 100 degrees. 

Packing light breathable clothing during the summer is a must and layers during the winter months.  Consider active wear/hiking clothing. If you want to take photos, you can easily wear a maxi dress.

Nights get cooler, so make sure to pack a jacket and pants.

Make sure to pack all car necessities including anything you might need if your car broke down. There are no service stations in Joshua Tree.

Additionally, make sure to pack food and lots of water since there are no stores inside the park.

wear comfortable close-toed shoes or boots suited for walking on uneven ground.
